Eat Good Bacteria - Natural yogurt are essential for our digestive health and helping the immune system to work.

Take A Cholesterol Test - Everyone over 40yrs should know their cholesterol level and if it is high, aim to reduce it, as heart disease is the biggest killer.

Stop Slouching - Better posture is the single most effective weapon against chronic back problems

Switch To Unsalted Butter - Cutting your salt intake by one teaspoon a day can halve your risk of coronary heart diseases, check food labels. Choose those with low salt or sodium contents .25g of salt per 100g of food or switched to unsalted butter.

Eat A Can Of Sardine A Week - Omega 3 Fatty acids in oily fish ( sardines, tuna, herring, sprats) plays an important part in the development of the central nervous system and countering a range of conditions, including heart diseases and Alzheimer's. We should eat two portions of fish a week, one of them oily.

Reduce Your Waist Line - A recent study found that people who has the biggest tummies were 40 percent more likely to suffer from heart attack. Women should have a waistline of less than 31.5 inches and men 37 inches.

Squeeze Your Pelvic Floor Muscles - Many women suffers from urinary incontinence - but the embrassassing nature of the problem means many never see a doctor. By doing regular pelvic floor exercise improves your bladder control. First, squeeze your pelvic floor muscles and hold for a few seconds. Repeat this ten times, and do the whole exercise at least four times a day.
